CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Hey Y'all

    I'm Robert Toole from Panama City, Fla.

    The forum is great, hopefully I can share the few errors i've built up.

    I was in collecting for a while and got some decent errors, but was forced to sell due to financial devastation of hurricane Ivan.

    I'm rebuilding my collection (at a snail's pace...lol), but i'm pursuing varieties, will have to start from scratch on varieties (better dig out the BIG loupe).

    .....and btw, are submissios accepted still???

    Hi Robert. Welcome to the forum. You can still send domestic varieties to James Wiles. But e-mail him first, to make sure there's no backlog.
