method(s) for having coin photos enlarged
I have numerous coins with what I deem as errors, these "errors" include "Die-Cracks", "Filled" dies, "Double dies/Multiple dies", "Extra Materials", "Debris", etc. My problem is I need to have photos taken that will show the details and I have no idea as to how I go about it? Any suggestions? Can I do these myself, and how? thanks for serious insight.Tags: None

Hi David and welcome to the forum.
Now for your question. A lot of us have our own methods of taking pictures and any one is capable of doing so.
I use an Olympus digital D-460 Zoom, 1.3 Mpixels ( I know, a rather old camera, however, I think it is great) and shoot macro pictures straight from a binocular, zoom (7.5 to 35 X) telescope. I do use an Adobe Photo shop 7.0 to add the finishing touches.
It really isn't that hard and once you get to doing pictures, it is hard to put the camera down.
Hope that this helps and if you do have any more questions, please feel free to ask. Another forum site, Coppercoins.com, does have a photograph section in its forum that you may want to visit it; there is a lot of good information there.
