I do not believe that it is a doubled die or a die clash. It is hard to tell if the anomaly is raised or indented and that could be a big clue to what the mark is.

I tilted the coin to catch the light on the spot and found it matched the same pattern of those details which were raised. See attached photo. Additionally, I noticed some extra where the horn goes behind the arm. See it in the same photo with extra horn. I also notice some split at the base of a few of the letters (additional photos included)
What do you think?

The first picture does look like you have a doubled die. In my previous comment, I thought you were referring to the supposed extra ray from Liberty's crown.
