CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    This is going to be very interesting when Ebay tries to collect their fees. And they wonder why Ebay is loosing customers left and right; it is because of this. The dollar speaks loudly in California.

    After about five days of nonsense, this auction was pulled by the seller. Score one for the good guys (LOL).

    Is the person crazy or what.I don't see any errors on the coin at all unless i'm not looking at the right place.

      I saw this auction posted on another forum yesterday about this time and there was already one bid on it. I had speculated that it was probably his brother that placed the bid in an attempt to draw another sucker in. That one bid has now vanished. I don't know what happened. I guess his brother backed out.
