CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    $5 NOTE ERROR - MAJOR ERROR!!!

    Is there a seperate forum for this type of error? I have the consectutively numbered bill too! Also, any idea what something like this might be worth - I want to sell it.

      I'm not sure what online resources exist for currency errors. But a note missing the back is worth a lot -- many hundreds of dollars.

            I think you should , its like once in a life time your going to find an error like this one . No matter what its still worth it,when your ready to sell it , it makes it that much more valuable!!
