1924 S RPM? OMM?

To be honest with you, the condition of the coin is in too lower a grade to make a finally determination of what you have. Since there is no listing for either a RPM or OMM for the 1924-S Flying Liberty dime in the CONECA master files, I would more than likely attribute the mintmark as machine doubling or die deterioration doubling.
