Hello All, This is my first post and I hope I'm in the right section for this post. The areas in question are marked on the reverse of this quarter DDR or machine doubling ? Thanks

I can't tell from the photos despite the photos being clear and you doing a nice job of pointing out the area in question. Would you describe the apparent doubling as raised or is it flat?

Hi Thank you for your response. The areas in question seem to be raised. Curved edges in my opinion.

It's possible that's it is a DDR. I'll add, that when single squeeze doubling that is marginal or has some distance (not the type with distortion) occurs, it is closer to the center. In a hot zone so to speak. Being this is near the outside of that hot zone it's hard to say if it is machine doubling or a marginal DDR. When I open attributions for what would be potential minor varieties - this should be looked at at that time to be certain.
