1972 P Linclon Cent DDO ?

Slight doubling in the word God and also a good doubling on the date. I believe it is a DDO but I can not find a variety listing for this one. So that makes me question this coin. Thanks All

What you are seeing on the date is called strike doubling or machine doubling. Here is an article on it.

would you mind pointing out the pivot point. I would like to understand where it started from. I am use to Canadian coins they are pressed. with pressed coins its very easy to see machine doubling. its also incredible to look at closely. its hard to believe a die can do that

I am sorry i wanted to to tell you thou be careful some of these are bowled and not flat. the bowled is not machine doubling. the flat is machine doubling. so make sure you check. the owners of these coins should list if these lines are flat or bowled. because that really makes a different.
