CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    1964 Proof Kennedy Half. ( Not Accented Hair )

    I wanted to get opinions on if I should have this graded. I’m still definitely new to the collecting world and would appreciate any and all help and advice.

    The photos are not big enough to help with grading. It does not look like it is CAM or DCAM which would be a reason to consider it to be graded.

      ChefJon81 I am an amateur collector also but in order for the community to help you, you would need to submit a larger, a little more detailed pictures and it would also help if you can describe and point out what we are looking at. I made the same mistake also. In my case I submitted some pictures which I thought was clear but I did not put arrows indicating where I see the variety. I had to resubmit it and am now waiting for another response. It happens so please don't feel bad. Just resubmit a better set of pics again.
