Ive run across this on a couple year pennys ive saved them to the side till i found multipules is this machine double or what it's raised quite high which is hard for me to get a photo of but easy to see when its in your hand its the upper side of the chin this example is the denver i also have exact same thing on the 2000 nmm

Yes, machine doubling - and it is very common - which is why it is not worth anything
