CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Mildly entertaining roll searching question

    For about 2 years I have been searching quarter rolls to try to teach myself how to play the game. I have a 4 roll a week habit. Here in the Commonwealth of Kentucky it's not easy to find new rolls of quarters But I'm always looking (especially when "W" quarters were in play). My closest bank is tolerant of my hobby but other banks less so when I stop in to ask them if they have any new rolls in stock. The other day I was driving across town and stopped at 3 different banks asking if they happen to have any new rolls of quarters. I struck out at all 3! On my way home I bought a coffee at a gas station. In change I received 2 new Tuskegee airmen quarters and a 2019 W quarter!

    Do I have to buy a gas station to get new quarter rolls or is their a better (less expensive) way to find or order them?

    Funny story, well, sometimes you can order coins from your bank, and sometimes (usually if you order them during the first couple months of the year) you will end up with new coins. For example, I ordered some coins a couple weeks ago and got a couple boxes of 2021 pennies and nickels (which was actually disappointing). But if you are looking for brand new boxes/rolls 2020 and 2019 coins, you probably will not be able to get any by ordering because the banks are probably out of them by now. Hope this is helpful!
