    Possible clash marks?

image_17342.jpg image_17343.jpg image_17344.jpg The marks on the obverse of this coin look like railroad tracks which may indicate a clash. I know that this in not uncommon as I have seen them before. Searches on the internet did not help at all. I researched collar clashes but was confusing. I would like to know if these marks are indicative of an error.

The circular marks were caused by a coin wrapping machine. This is just post mint damage.
