CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

  • My clear picture system

I've gone through multiple microscopes from diamond observation graphics, just because I was in that shop at that time. I haven't had any problems getting the clear pictures I want from this system, and very relatively cheap. Removable top eye pieces let you attach the lense adapter for your smart phone camera picture taking at high magnification and definition.

I was on the hand held pen kick for a while. Looking at the pictures it advertised, seemed better than what actually came out. Even with my setup now, I have to place two layers of paper over the light to shade it enough so the reflection doesn't blur the details I want highlighted. It comes with small bulbs that sit over the staging area.

It was, for a long time. You lose hope because you don't think you can progress in a way that's conducive with current expectations.
