Hi everyone. I am fairly new to coin collecting, so maybe someone has seen this and can help me identify what has happened. On the reverse on the north east of the door going south east, what does this look like? Thanks.

Im guessing but I think it could just be a die gouge. Its odd to say the least. Maybe a type 2 counter clash? I honestly dont know. Maybe message Mike Diamond

Thank you for your advice. Mike Diamond is on another group I am on. He has not answered yet or I'm not sure if he has seen this one. Others though are kinda stumped and are telling me they need more time to examine it. But like you they say it is a bit odd and they are not sure what to think.

I would wait for Mike. It’s unusual. I would think its a die gouge but thats just my opinion. It does look the same thickness of a column though. Looks like a column fell over. lol. Let us know what Mike says. Thanks
