CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Is there any value on circulated 1970 no S and 1975 no S coins or are they just restricted to proof coins?

I would answer your question, but that is going to take the fun away. here is why.

CONECA frowns on valuing coins as well as grading them on this forum.
Additionally, the topic is "supposed" to be on one coin, not multiple coins per post.
      It keeps everything organized here.
Not my rules, I am just trying to save you some heart ache later.

Your're NOT asking for either, but that subject may come up.

So, I am going to point you to:
      https://www.pcgs.com/prices/detail/l...47/most-active

At the top of the page are three tab looking areas. The bold one is on:
      Lincoln Cent (Modern), MS

You can change that to any one of those three you wish.
Right below those are grade tabs. You can change the tab to see what grades you want to see.

Now if you scroll down to the 1970 year, you MAY have to choose one of three "colors" or designations if you will
Is the coin brown, red brown, or red?

Now looking at the 1970 line, there is just one entry, but there are others for that year, especially under the 1970-S

On the PCGS website, if you find the date, like this 1970 Lincoln Cent look all the way to the LEFT on that line. IF it has a "+" PLUS sign on it, you can carefully click that plus sign and it will drop down a list of variety coins that PCGS recognizes. Additionally, the number in BLUE will show you a full coin photo of that coin if they have had one to attribute.

I will let you investigate the 1975 by yourself.
