yes, Post mint damage. It looks like it was in a high pressure environment, like a vice or another area where it was used as a shim.

The forum rules state only on coin per thread, so expect a moderator to same something about more than one coin per thread.
That coin is not a doubled die. Its machine doubled. It happened alot in the 1960's and 70's
