CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

    1ea 1964 D LMC RPM-003

    Working on Conformation
    1955 D LWC WRPM-0031?

    Waiting to identify
with serifs and other indicators (horizontal bars etc.)
    6ea 1955 D LWC
    6ea 1958 D LWC
    14ea 1959 D LMC
    23ea 1960 D LMC (LRG Date)
    25ea 1961 D LMC

I think I might be busy for awhile trying to attribute the rest. So I will be posting on here when I beat my head against the wall on some of them.

Nice !! The RPM collection has started.
    Try to plan for growth.
If you are in a high humidity area, it may be difficult to keep verdigris (that green stuff) off the coins.
    Cool, congrats !!!

I use circular stickers on the caps to write which is which, I got them at Office Depot/Office Max.
Then for my collection, I use the red boxes that hold 50 rolls.
On the front of the boxes I use extra sticky post it note pads to identify what is in each box.
It's always a work in progress.

Thanks for the ideas! I live in on a Island in Puget Sound (North of Seattle) so our humidity rarely gets above 60%. I don't know how that will effect them.

My main RPM collecting method is to search BU rolls. Most have been searched, but I still come across fresh original rolls that are full of interesting coins such as RPMs, DDOs, BIEs, various errors, beautiful toners, etc. Sounds like you're at about the same point I was 30 years ago, so best of luck in your searches. Post your coins here and PM me if you need extra help in attributions.

Thanks Ray, I also try to secure BU rolls to search. I mostly find just RPM's in the BU rolls. I also search a box of cents from the bank every week and have found some nice DDO's and DDR's.
