CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

  • Anyone from the west coast?

Good Afternoon! I’m from the east coast and only find Denver coins after they’ve been chewed up
Is there anyone who would be interested in trading Denver minted coins for Philadelphias? I'm not talking about error coins, just coins in general. I collect all American coins, but especially like quarters. Thank you!

Sure wish I would have seen this (I’m a new member) when you posted this. The last two months I opened two decades of Mint bags I bought as they came out. Since I couldn’t seem to find anyone interested in them, I opened them all, searched for errors, and turned them in for face value at my local casino cashiers cage. So sorry.305A71A6-E1C7-4FDD-95CB-77724E7FC710.jpeg
