1966 Dime(not sure what it is)

Aloha, I came across this 1966 dime. It weighs 2.1g, in certain angles it has a shiny proof like finish and in the other angles it looks all scratched up. There are a couple deep gouges on the obverse and a weird looking gouge on the reverse. I read through the varieties and I’m not sure what it is. Sorry I know the pictures aren’t that great.

Looks like it might have been exposed to high temperatures. in my opinion.

Thank you PNW, I didn’t know high temperatures would do that to a coin. I thought it would just turn black or melt. Good to know.

What ever it is, it has a very strong possibility of post mint damage. People do weird things to coins.
