CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

In my collection of Lincoln Pennies I have this interesting coin from the year 2009, formative years of the house of Philadelphia, after detailing the coin I see a metallic thread on the lapel of Abraham Lincoln's coat as indicated in the photos and which I enclose waiting for your valuable opinion. Thank you very much in advance for his time and dedication Greetings and thanks

In my opinion, your coin has the look of a die crack. The dies that make coins can last only so long. The stress and the fact the coins are struck faster than a jack hammer add into the formula of how long the dies will last. It looks like a classic die crack. You will not become rich because of this, as it is pretty common.
