    2016 D "Crying" Jefferson Nickel

Ok I need some help please. I found this 2016 D with a tear running down Jefferson's cheek. It is not a scratch the tear protrudes outward from his cheek. Has anybody ever seen this before or did I just find a new error? Unfortunately the condition is kinda rough but I think this is a unique find. Please help, thank you

Its not a new find, its probably just a stress crack - a die crack, which are super common amongst almost all coin
denominations. This does not hold a candle to some of the Lincoln cent die cracks I have seen. An error is an error, most are slightly different from each other. But, this one is as common as they get. Call it what you wish, but in the end it's just a die crack.

It COULD be the start of a simple lamination peel, since the small square to the west of the questionable area is peeled away. In any event, it is super minor.
