1948 Lincoln wheat penny
Hi everybody' I have this Lincoln penny I need your help, isn't rare or error coin? and can you tell me how I can identify the rare currency from error.

this is a decent web site. LOOK for a "+" next to year, click this and it show varieties all pages at top show tabs for normal coins, proof coins and grades. They even show you how many have been graded...Population is what it is called.
If you want to know about any error coin, you will need to read a book like:
"The error coin encyclopedia" written by Arnold Margolis, there may be other website with cheaper price...maybe Ebay?

no the 1948 is common, unless it gets graded ms67 or higher.
