  • 2023 Bessie Coleman Die Chip(?) Quarter

I was looking through a brand new box of 2023 Bessie Coleman quarters a couple weeks ago. I ended up finding a sizeable amount of quarters that contained a "peanut" shaped mass at the bottom of the wing strut closest to the fuselage on the airplane on the coin reverse. It looks like the result of a small die chip. While looking through some circulated quarters today there were already some circulated Bessie Colman quarters present within the rolls. I was curious if I could find any of the "die chip" issues on the circulated Bessie Coleman quarters. Out of about 15 present, I found one that has a mass much larger than the "peanut" size I originally found (see attached picture). What looks like a die chip has evolved to fit between the bases of the first and second strut. Was curious if other members have already noticed this oddity within their Bessie Coleman quarters??
