Sorry does not look like true doubling. Look at the example in the link below. There is only one DDO for 1971.

I think you show some very minor doubling with your arrows on the upper O in DOLLAR. Is there any other doubling on the reverse or obverse? There are six 71D DDR's listed in the CONECA Listings, check VV. I don't think your single photo matches any of them.Last edited by atrox001; 02-26-2023, 01:36 PM.
