CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    1986 D Lincoln cent

    Hey guys I found this looking through my stash for an 82 bronze penny. It's a 1986 D I have a closeup and a regular shot. The date and the D look like they are Doubled. The 8 you can see pretty good and they are not shelf like. Just tell me what you think......Well I keep getting an unknown error...so I will try in a bit

      The website hasn't been cooperating.......sorry i changed phones and the photocompressor i had didnt transfer over. I tried 3 different apps and finally got one...hope this was worth it...
