  • 1999 D Delaware Quarter, faint MM; photos added

Good day! I found a 1999 D Delaware quarter in my change and noticed that the mint mark is extremely light/faint, barely raised above surface at all. Is this a variety, wear (nothing else around the D is worn in this way), or just a weak punch? I am new to all this, so just looking for others thoughts on this so I can learn. I have taken photos with my smartphone to post, but all of them are over the 2MB limit, whether I edit them or not. Also, any suggestions for taking photos that WILL fit the requirements?
