The new front of 7 is nice and rounded, formed by a die, in addition to what was removed. Else we’d see planchet damage. The front shows doubling west, in addition to the offset north.
A funky struck though form is retaining grease. This is its roll removed form.
All I know, is this is the only form which fulfills all numismatic need. A doubling remaining from a direct removal, (front) also an offset direction doubling, seen originally doubled spanning equal to the removal area.(top)
