  • 1995p 1c please help me.

I have found several coins in a uncirculated mint bag that I cannot explain, please enlarge the pictures and examine the coins I have posted paying attention to Liberty and the date, and help me to understand what is going on with these coins,.One person thought it might be extreme rollout,. I'm not sure what that is but in my mind,.the dies are in my a set fixed position, I would assume the machinery used to rollout the coins would be in a fixed position as well,.if so, wouldn't the Lines in the pictured coins be uniform? As you can see their is nothing uniform on these coins, one coin has Lines running horizontal, another vertical, another diagonal from the right, another diagonal from the left, I thought at first maybe grease strike through,. but if that was true there would be no Lines at all.
any help with this would be so much appreciated, and thank you for your time
    and comments concerning these coins 20230317_172806-COLLAGE.jpg 20230317_172501-COLLAGE.jpg 20230317_171928-COLLAGE.jpg 20230317_171655-COLLAGE.jpg 20230317_171506-COLLAGE.jpg

the blanks come into the dies in different orientations, so when the lines are created, it is before the dies strike, so they will be in all different directions when struck.

someone may pay a small premium for the more pronounced ones. i wouldn't expect much, especially w/o doing some sales comps, if any exist.

i think they are neat when they get this strong or stronger.

there is also some either grease strike through or a bit of a weak strike.

Thank you for your comments and knowledge,. what you said makes sense,. well in your opinion are these considered to be error coins? It seems to me that they would at the least be weak strikes,.how would I go about finding out what they would be worth? Maybe someone would be interested in them !! Hey buddy thank you again for the information and response,. I appreciate that.

pretty much whatever the error, the more extreme, the better it is, monetarily speaking.

the one you have with what appears to be a nearly missing date will probably be the best of the bunch and i don't know all the values offhand but a few sales results should get you in the ballpark. they aren't rare in general but i don't know which years are rare and not.

the extreme lines from the stock being rolled out may bring some premium but probably only the strongest ones.

        have fun.
