CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Curious Question

    I've recently posted a die clash to the attribution forum. Anyone know about how long that process takes?
    Ive included the photos for your enjoyment.

    If you don't get an answer in a few days to a week, I highly suggest that you contact Jamez the CONECA President and ask for assistance. Leave him a private message and he should return a message as soon as he can.

    It looks like a winner to me. It is more pronounced than something like a ghost image:
