1989 penny

Hi all, I have a 1989 penny that's struck about 40%. O the reverse, there is doubling, tripling, lots of errors.. Just wondering about thoughts, ty..

looks like a usual o/c to me. you can expect those kinds of artifacts when the flan has things done to it that were not intended. since the collar was not there, the metal can stretch/get squeezed beyond it's intended parameters, thus you get odd effects. the letters can get VERY long with some o/c and other errors.
