CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

These two 1891 O seated dimes were under $70 for the pair. The first 1891 o is a top 100 seated dime varieties. 1891 o / horz. o It was also written up in Error Scope Magazine. The second 1891 o is also a top 100 picks in seated dimes. A shattered reverse. 1891o_108_rev_diag3.jpg

This 1864 Indian Head Cent struck on a beveled platchet. Pd $50 well worth the coin in hand for the condition alone . 20230423_113736.jpg

if memory serves, i was fortunate to get this for right at $45-50. the only other small mottos i've owned were low grade that i picked from knowing the diagnostics when the motto is gone.
