Ummm if it isscratched, typically the third party grading companies give it a details grade, or not grade it at all.
CONECA frowns on providing RAW grading questio s, and they frown on us talking value.
I can suggest you go to PCGS a third party grading service which will show prices on coins. This is acirculated piece. So i would concentrate on prices that have an "F" in them.

if it had an S mint mark, it wold have been a good find.Typically, the 1909s can get a Hamilton for one that is in decent, circulated shape.
If you decide to send it in, just think of the coats and potential return on investment....
