1994P Kennedy Half Dollar yellow toned coin ?

i certainly don't know every single possible error or situation that can happen to a coin but this looks like a circ coin and 99% of the time when a circ coin takes on any color different than intended or is usual, it is not stable, gradable, market acceptable etc.

not precisely certain what you're inquirnig but this wouldn't be a coin i'd keep around. (without being able to look it over in-hand) i didn't look for ddo, rpm, error etc

Most coins can take on toning to some degree or another given the environment they are stored in, the silver variety is most prone to this and is sought out by collectors.
Another possibility is that this has been artificial toned by some substance like Alodine , but that`s just speculation, there is an infinite different things people do to coins, so try to soak it in 100% Acetone and see if anything comes off. Someone else will have more thoughts on this I`m sure
