CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Greetings, the copper plated zinc pennies have a reputation for platting issues and come in many forms such as blisters, the photos are not clear when zoomed in but the "dots" witch look to be raised are quite common on the zincolns.
Here is more on platting blisters. https://www.error-ref.com/?s=+blisters
One thing is looking at such things as bumps nicks and dents can really slow you down on getting through a volume of searching, these things are inconsequential as far as a collectable aspect. Knowing the true Mint Errors and Varieties to look for you will just pass up these insignificant anomalies
and focus on what is of collecting interest. Watching videos from here is interesting and educational, https://www.usmint.gov/learn/product...oin-production
Remember most all Errors and Varieties can be found on a 10x loupe so please don`t get to focused on supper close itty bitty anomalies on the surface of the coins. Hope this helps.
