Saludos al foro, que tenemos por aquí en este centavo de Lincoln del año 1987 la moneda se nota como hundida aparte de la letra L ¿?

My take on this one would be die deterioration (the obverse surfaces are wavy and odd) and there is excessive die polishing on the reverse. My thought is a bit of mechanical doubling from a die on its last legs.

The halo look on the full obverse of this coin could be plating issues, or it could have been exposed to a dryer or other high temperature exposure.

It looks lightly raised, and blotchy, or it being raised probably rules out struck through grease. In any event, whatever it is, there is not any significant collectability in this, in my opinion.
