I don't know where to put this but these came back as SMS but they were not SMS? I feel like NGC made a mistake because 1966 dimes were terrible. Did the mint pick through rolls to get sms dimes? so confusing.

Like anything else people crack open sets and return them to a bank. Theyvprobably were not collectors, or they were assigned as head of estate and did not know better, in my opinion.Last edited by MintErrors; 08-22-2023, 09:15 AM.
