1837 Token/Coin?
Here's a nice, OLD token I think is in pretty good shape, and if I remember it was in the Red Book. I think there were two versions of this coin? I found it along with a couple civil war tokens, and this big one I think I read something about it some time ago, maybe about the little flowers or maybe something on the chest? The feet? It is cool to be able to hold a coin that has seen so much history of this nation, and its in amazing shape, well loved and cared for, for years before it came into my possession. I have continued its care for at least 20 years now.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

neat HTT (hard-times token) you have there. a bit of rough shape but neat nonetheless.
by "versions", you mean die marriages. any notable differences tied to attributions will tie back to the dies/hubs and there are a few marriages for this particular HTT, as the others, as is for most coins/tokens etc .(not so sure about medals) i know some people (sometimes me) do look for just specifics but there will be other differences as well most of the time.
i don't know the rarities offhand and that info is deep in my archives so i prob can't help with that but the info is out there to be sure.coinfacts.com - conecaonline.info - board.conecaonline.org/forum/numismatic-site-links - briansvarietycoins.com - coppercoins.com - cuds-on-coins.com - doubleddie.com - error-ref.com - franklinlover.yolasite.com - ikegroup.info -lincolncentresource.com - maddieclashes.com - money.org - ngccoin.com/price-guide/world - ngccoin.com/census - ngccoin.com/resources/counterfeit-detection - nnp.wustl.edu - pcgs.com/pop - pcgs.com/coinfacts - pcgs.com/photograde - varietyvista.com - vamworld.com

Thanks for the info guys, ill check out the links. And they call it a hard times token? Wonder if hard times meant there wasnt enough coinage yet. YES! That is what the different kinds i read about, they would be die marriages . Its been on a journey to get to AZ, had a couple decent civil war tokens in the same pouch as the HTT to bump my numbers up to 5 CWT and 1 HTT and 1 continental curency repro/fake dollar
