CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

In my opinion..there were only a few years that have the large O or small O. This year is not one of them.
It's a question Google could ha e answered or, it could have been looked up at PCGS or NGC.

Thank you MintErrors, I do not have the knowledge that you have about coins and I did look at USA Coin Book before asking that question, going back an taking a better look at the information all of it not just the mint mark it’s referring to the 1854 O seated Liberty Quarter, again I have very limited knowledge about coins so when I come across something I need clarity on I will be asking numbers of this group for help, Thank you.
