Lamination error?

While looking through a bunch of coins I haven’t looked through in years I found what I thought was a really nice 1943P Jefferson nickel until I looked closer. Is this a lamination error across the reverse? There is also an issue on his jaw. I tried to capture this with my pictures, and closeups 1 from the reverse and one from the jaw area. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks

In my opinion, the silver war nickels had a lot of lamination issues.
It was almost a commonly found thing.
