2005P Kansas reminiscent of the Indiana quarter w pre strike scratching

In my opinion, it could be several things. I can see some of the lines. Some I cannot tell if they are all raised scratches or are there a mixture of raised and scratched into the coin.
It could be
die gouges
Die scratches (abraded die)
Die clash - (low possibility)
Finger feeder damage
