Hi went to coppercoins.com. Found an example. But I have a question that I hope someone can help with. So what I'm finding are numerous RPM's and they are not recognized by PCGS. Not sure about any of the others. Why are some recognized and listed and others not. Makes it a little confusing for beginners.I saw on coppercoins listings for RPM's by CONECA. Where can I find those listings? ok thanks

In my opinion, I think http://varietyvista.com will be your best bet to locate RPMs that may be listed by CONECA.
The CONECA website for varieties is being built, but it is a slow but steady process. I believe they are done with Lincoln cent doubled dies and Jefferson nickels as well. The website is https://conecaonline.info .
CONECA is a little more strict on listing RPMs. I believe they may be listing some minor RPMs in the near future but in the past did not list many, if any at all.
Now that RPMs have been extinct since 1990 or so, it's a variety that may become popular once again, with the recent trend of collectors buying the Chinese made microscopes that are semi portable.
As for what the third party grading services use for criteria on whether to recognize a specific variety is a question for them. In the case of 1961 D Lincoln RPMs, there were quite a few, some dramatic and some minor ones. The years 1959D, 1960D and 1961D had a lot of RPMs.
Coppercoins seems to list any minor split serif to ultra dramatic. It's a decent website to match up any Lincolns. Another website, that probably has the better photos (vs. Coppercoins and varietyvista) for varieties is
