    1955 D Penny error (misplaced “5”)

This 1955 D penny has a misplaced 5 on the coin. It appears twice on the coin but the second one is very faint and can only been seen at an angle. Is this considered an error?

This is neither raised or sunk into the coin. it is a stain on the coin post minting. it is considered toning.. not an error

onecent1909 what are you thoughts on this dime. It looks like an extra leaf or acorn.
