2023-P Unlisted DDR

Hey everyone, I just found this new 2023-P DDR different from the ddr-001 variety example..this is closer to the 2022-P&D variety. Imo opinion this is showing signs of tripling. All of USA exhibits this, possible doubling on the shield and slightly on the designers initials as well. I can only upload so many photos so I will do my best to show it. This is not lighting and there is doubling present high above the normal doubling locations as well as extra class 8 thickness on the tops of the bottom design elements, leading me to belive this may be tripled.

what an unbelievable wide spread on such a recent date.

ya, i don't care what the mint ever says, errors and varieties aren't going away.

Thank you! I've also found the new 2022-P DDR, had it attributed on here as well as wexlers when they get to thier updates...some one beat me to the punch on Variety by a couple days with that one lol

ohh. that 22-p ddr is pretty nice too! unfortunate to have missed it to someone else in such a short time. i have plenty like that as well. ugh

i like the ddr too as it reminds me of some of the ddr of the jefferson nickel series.

Yeah it does, I can't fathom how this happens in a single squeeze application...it seems to exhibit multiple squeeze striking characteristics. You don't that kind of separation on these newer memorial and shield cents. Thanks for responding, happy hunting as well!
