CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    New Certified Discovery 2023P DDO Die1 Kennedy Halve Dollar

    Hello, I'm Scott Ferrando owner of Ferrando Treasures and Co-owner of ErrorCoins.com. I've been collecting coins since 1975, we started EC.com in the mid 80's and I started selling coins and jewelry around that same time. I'm not yet a paying member, but I 'm a member of CONECA. I wanted to share this new discovery and see if you would like to let me submit it for your attribution. I took these close up pictures with our electronic microscope. There are more photos then allowed by this post. Doubling is in IGWT, MM, Date, and Liberty.

          Did you notice that James Wiles has listed this 23P DDO-001 on Variety Vista?
          Should this post be posted on the Die Variety Forum, instead of this Mint Error Forum?
