need better images of the areas in question.

ddo/ddr etc are usually notoriously minor and require good maginification and/or proper lighting angles to enhance said doubling.

while i appreciate the effort, i prolly can't do much even with the new images. they seem to be clear enough but your lighting is either too weak or way too low. don't fret, it isn't easy getting good close-up images of coins.

i normally don't find people putting arrows in their images to be useful because the images aren't good enough anyway but telling someone you are seeking advice/help from specifically what you think you see can be of great use because ddo/ddr features can appear on a lot of different devices and even inconsistenly in my exp.

fwiw, the 2 known ddos listed for the date/mm both have primary pups at LIBERTY, as well as some other years/mm for the type. to find a major feature that doesn't show there would be unlikely in this situation.
