  • I have 3 bicentennial Eisenhower dollars?

Hey everyone. I have 3 bicentennial Eisenhower dollars but they are 3 different types, the first coin : is a Denver mint. It is a type 1( the bottom of the"R" in liberty is straight and doesn't fan out at bottom) and has doubling on reverse. The second coin : Denver mint type 2. The third coin is a no mint mark type 2, with slight doubling on " in God we trust". Im not posting this forum to try to get rich because i have no intention on trying to get rid of these. Im just trying to learn more about them because they are from a deceased family member. Thanks. You can't see the doubling in the pictures because my phone won't pick it up but under my magnifying glass its very noticeable

you can put your magnifying glass between the camera and the coin (takes some practice) to get close-ups but the field of focus is very narrow so steady hands and coordination are required.

i'm not really sure what to add since you aren't asking anything specific.when you say you want to learn more, there are a lot of different directions to go in.

i see you've mentioned type x and x so you are touching on dies/marriages. i also see you mention doubling, so you are touching on varieties and listable/non-listable features.

    i guess i'll offer this up for ikes-101 -
