CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

  • 2024D Dr. Mary Edwards Walker possible DDR

I believe I have found a DDR on the Dr. Mary Edwards Walker quarter. On the reverse side of the coin the badge on her uniform suggests to me that it is doubled. Please view the attached photo. Note the arrows indicating the areas of doubling. 20241025_102500_kindlephoto-5923637.jpg

imo it warrants further investigation by the staff. probably examinations. (attributions sounds like something already known but needs confirmation)

took me forever to find a large enough image to look at to comp to this one since the coin is so new.

    happy hunting (and results)

let us know how it goes.

]This seems to be highly magnified.
It seems to be well over 10x magnification.

In my opinion, it seems that the area in question might be a very light instance of worthless doubling. It's like the die lifted and just barely damaged the coin in the southeast direction.
