More than Doubled???2001 D

Is this 2001D possibly a TDO???

In my opinion, the magnification is well above 10 to 20x.
This, in most cases would place it in to the too minor to list category.
When I get mint mark photos like the one above, I believe that could be closer to 80x.

I personally do not have the desire to collect/assess zinc cents, nor do I care for the single squeeze style "doubled dies". I try to keep my opinions focused and unbiased so I typically leave abbreviated posts/info.
