Probably damage but has anyone seen this pattern before?reminds me of a De-faced die!!!!

I'm an avid cyclist. I cannot help myself when I spot a coin on the side of the road I stop & pick it up. This one looks like its been run over for months. I have been meaning put my findings in a jar for reference but so far have been spending them on coffee! Spectacular damage though but I suspect it is "post Mint"
