    Wyoming Quarter with Trails???

Are these lines on this Wyoming quarter trails? If so, how common are they on quarters? These are not very strong, but they look like they would be fun to watch for. Any comments would be appreciated...

They do indeed appear to be trails. I've seen just a few other examples on state quarters.

Yes, they do appear to be trails. There are three quarters that do show trails; the Nebraska on the obverse and the Minnesota and Oregon on the reverse. Yours would be the fourth.

Is there any chance of sending it down to me so that I may include it on the Trail and Wavy step site (http://www.traildies.com)? I can send you my address through a PM or if you are a CONECA memeber, you can get it from an ERRORSCOPE. I am the Memebership Chairman. Thanks.

Varietynut - Got your quarter today and it is a very nice trail die indeed.

I actually found trails on 2/3 of the reverse die, so by those standrds it is a major trail die. It is now listed on site http://www.traildies.com with a filing number of 2007D(WY)-25DER-001T.

Thank you for letting me attribute this die and congratulations on a great find.

Thanks BJ for taking the time to check out the quarter, and recording it. I really appreciate it. Now I have something else to search for.

          Thanks a million,
